By using the Website, including by submitting an appointment request or enquiry, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Using the Website and your responsibilities

4. Appointment requests and confirmation

Submitting a form, calling us, or sending a message by email or WhatsApp is a request to speak with us or to book a consultation. It is not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when our team contacts you and agrees a date and time with you.

We may need to reschedule an appointment or may be unable to accept a request, and we will tell you if this happens. Any fees, payment arrangements and rescheduling arrangements that apply will be communicated by the clinic when you book. Nothing on the Website is an offer of a particular fee or service.
